Visão Geral

Este workshop interativo começa com os princípios do SAFe, ferramentas de pensamento Lean, práticas de desenvolvimento Agile em escala e uma visão geral do Scaled Agile Framework. Os participantes aprenderão as funções de Gerente de Produto e Dono de Produto, como gerenciar o backlog corporativo, entregando recursos, requisitos ágeis, os eventos dentro do SAFe e, finalmente, o gerenciamento de partes interessadas. Os participantes terão as ferramentas e o conhecimento necessários para escrever Epics, Features e User Stories dentro do Scaled Agile Framework e terão uma base sólida sobre como gerenciar programas na Lean-Agile Enterprise. Uma certificação opcional SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner é oferecida no final da aula.
