Levar equipes a níveis mais altos de maturidade requer a capacidade de planejar e conduzir reuniões de equipe eficazes para garantir que a equipe esteja trabalhando de forma colaborativa. Em um ambiente Agile, a equipe depende das habilidades de facilitação do Agile Team Facilitator para levar a equipe a níveis mais altos de desempenho.

O papel do Agile Team Facilitator (ATF) é mais amplo do que conduzir reuniões. O ATF também deve orientar a equipe através das mudanças de paradigma exigidas nos ambientes de equipe Agile e conduzi-los à colaboração e à auto-organização. Fazer isso requer uma mudança de mentalidade para o líder da equipe – a mentalidade do facilitador.

O curso oferece as habilidades necessárias para projetar e conduzir reuniões colaborativas enquanto lidera equipes em direção a níveis mais altos de maturidade, resultados mais eficazes e auto-organização. Como um trampolim para se tornar um Agile Coach, este curso se concentra não apenas nas habilidades e técnicas, mas também na mentalidade do facilitador e no caminho do facilitador para se tornar um Agile Coach. Inclui ferramentas e técnicas de facilitação de grupos para planejar reuniões e workshops de forma eficaz que envolvam todo o público e levem a resultados acordados
